TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Special offers and promotions are exclusive and are not available with any other offers.
- Discount or gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
- Under 10’s are welcome, however you must ensure supervision by an accompanying adult at all times.
- Colour tests must be done minimum 48 hours before appointment for new clients and every 6 months for existing clients. Failure to do so may lead to cancelling your appointment at the last minute.
- We are also aware clients can react to colour if you are on medication or undergoing cancer treatment, please inform us in advance when you book.
- If you are prescribed medication after booking an appointment, please inform us asap to book a colour test as we cannot be held responsible unless we are fully informed.
- Cancellations up to 48 hours in advance of an appointment will not be charged, cancellations within 48 hours prior to an appointment may be charged in full or part.
- Persistent cancellations will require advance payment.
- If you are disappointed with any part of our service, please inform a member of staff prior to leaving the salon so we may address any issues without delay. If you feel you are unable to do so, or are unhappy with any part of your service, please call us as soon as possible so we can arrange a consultation/appointment to rectify any disappointment.

We are fully GDPR compliant.
All customer details are held securely by Phorest software on their servers, not by us.
Staff are not allowed to contact you out of hours, or for any reason other than on CL2's behalf.
