All client details are not held in the salon PC but are held on a secure server by Phorest who provide our booking and computer software so you can rest assured your data is 100% safe and secure.

Terms and Conditions:

• Our Student 50% & 20% offers are not available with any other offers
• Special offers and promotions are exclusive and are not available with any other offer.
• Discount or gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash
• Under 5’s are always welcome for a haircut, however please can you make sure they are properly supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.
• Cancellations up to 48 hours in advance of an appointment will not be charged, cancellations within 48 hours prior to an appointment may be charged in full or part. Persistent cancellations or repeatedly not turning up will require advance payment.
• Should you ever be disappointed with any part of our service, please can you inform a member of staff prior to leaving the salon so we may address any issues without delay. If you feel you are unable to do so, or are unhappy with any part of your service, please call the office on 01622 842248 as soon as possible so we can arrange a consultation/appointment/conversation to rectify any disappointment
