Amazingly amazing service from start to finish. The atmosphere is Zen like and welcoming. The décor is fresh, crisp , modern and very clean throughout. The team are very friendly yet super professional.
The whole experience was very comfortable and the gentle massage chair while I was being shampooed was lovely.
I barely even realised that Louise had washed my hair as she was so gentle but so thorough at the same time and made me feel totally at ease for a while which is a mean feat as I'm currently suffering quite badly with anxiety.
Louise listened to what I was hoping to achieve and discussed the photos with me that I showed her as ideas of the look I wanted and then proceeded to almost effortlessly create a completely new look for me that actually made me smile when I looked in the mirror.
So many times I've walked away from salons feeling like crying but today was a far cry from this, I'm so grateful for the difference my hair cut has made to my mood today and am afraid CL2 is going to be stuck with me as a repeat client from here on out.
Sophie was awesome too and even asked me if I wanted to see all my hair that had been chopped off before she swept it away....I hadn't even thought to look to be honest but took a photo when she mentioned it so I can show people how much I had taken off today.
A good coffee and range of salon grade hair products available in store too.
