Discount or gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash
Under 5’s and under 10’s are always welcome, however please can you make sure they are properly supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.
Cancellations up to 48 hours in advance of an appointment will not be charged, cancellations within 48 hours prior to an appointment may be charged in full or part. Persistent cancellations will require advance payment.
We do not take any responsibility for foodstuffs brought in by customers or ordered by the salon from local caterers at the customer’s request
From June 2014 we only accept payment by card or cash.
Any cheques are accepted by prior arrangement and are to be made payable to Cut Loose Ltd. Cheques will be subject to a £5 surcharge to cover the increased Bank charges. For declined cheques, any Bank charge to Cut Loose Ltd will be passed on to the customer. If a cheque or payment is declined, please be assured it will be handled discreetly and with understanding.
If you are disappointed with any part of our service, please can you inform a member of staff prior to leaving the salon so we may address any issues without delay.
